Infinite Learning Academy is a woman owned, minority owned business and is comprised of teachers who found a way to help those who can not or choose not to attend a brick and mortar school.

It all began when we started helping children who could not go back to an in person school setting during the pandemic.

One student was quarantined for well over 40 days and the school district would not offer any learning support for him. Another had such a weakened immune system that she had no choice but to stay home. Volunteering to help these students, and a few more, allowed us to see learning and teaching in a new way. Not only did online learning enable the students to participate in their education, but they also learned more efficiently.

Concepts that would take a week for a student to learn in a large class of 25-32, now only took the students a day. I know what some are thinking, “these were exceptional children”, but that is not the case. In fact they had learning disability labels attached to them. Online learning with a real teacher, working 1 to 1 or with just a few students, allowed the teachers to truly individualize instruction. We were able to tailor every lesson to their needs and meet the student where they were.

We believe every student should receive this type of efficient and valuable instruction. We also discovered a beautiful side- effect of this efficiency. Students learned more in less time and this allowed them more time to play, more time to go outside, and more time to process and apply their new knowledge.
