This is a 1 to 1 service for teachers that are in their first three years of the profession. Meet with a professional coach to discuss challenges you may be facing in the classroom or with individual students. From curriculum to behavior, from teacher evaluations to IEPs, the coach will work with you on what you need. The fee is $30 per session fro 30 minutes. Typical sessions are held once a week but can be adjusted as needed. We tailor learning to your needs!
About the instructor:
Coach Tamyra has over 25 years of professional educational experience from different settings across the U.S. and overseas. Not only has she has taught primary, elementary and secondary students, but she is also well versed in instruction for all subject areas. She has had amazing opportunities in her educational career to work internationally as a licensed professional, a presenter for national and local workshops, a district professional development specialist, and to perform as a guest speaker on a variety of educational issues around the world. Most recently she has started a podcast, called Ed.Talk with Tamyra that discusses issues, challenges and opportunities for improving the education setting and learning conditions for teachers, students and families.
She has held a variety of leadership roles at the school, the district, and corporate levels. Tamyra has many years of experience as a mentor, educational coach, administrator, team leader, principal, professional development specialist, as well as expertise in educational change management. Tamyra excels at fostering positive behavior and enhancing social-emotional learning, and has enjoyed particular success in working with students requiring learning accommodations and behavior adaptations.
